Paul Webber Managing Director
Since 1998 , Paul started as a one-man band, laying the foundations and steadily developing the cleaning business into the company it is today.
From early mornings on site to building trusted client relationships, Paul’s hands-on approach and attention to detail have shaped our standards.
He continues to work quietly behind the scenes — and, when the mood takes him, he’s not averse to the occasional floor buff — because he simply cannot keep away from the day-to-day operations that made the business what it is.
Edward Webber Operations Director
Edward has worked with the business since 2019 and has earned his role through hard work and dedication, progressing from cleaner to senior management by proving himself at every stage.
In the cleaning industry he believes in delivering the best possible service to our clients and demonstrates this with a hands-on approach, always ready to show that we are a family-owned and operated company.
One of Edwards priorities is to maintain a good level of communication and a professional relationship between the business and clients to help aid delivering a quality service.
Ashley Webber CEO
Ashley may carry the CEO title at the cleaning company, but everyone knows he's the real boss; he keeps his dad and grandad on their toes, telling them to make sure they're working hard while readily helping out himself whenever stock needs dropping off or a checklist needs ticking.
No matter how busy he gets he will always have time to stop for a cup of tea and a biscuit — because leadership, to him, is as much about rolling up his sleeves as it is about giving the orders.

CS are proud to be a sponsor of The Nags Charity Barbarians. The Nags have raised over £300,000 for Cancer Research UK and we are just a small part of their ever growing team. They have done this by completing many fundraising events of pulling a narrow boat, to walking around the Isle of Wight.
We extremely love to back their rugby festivals where men's teams, women's teams and vet teams travel to a club and raise money by playing the beautiful game we call Rugby. We are proud that our very own Operation's Director, Edward, and his wife, Rebecca, play within these teams.
